BBC SCHOOL NEWS REPORT

The BBC School Report Programme aims to instill awareness about journalism and news reporting. The BBC trains students from all over the world to report important news after immense research and practice. Aiswarya John of XI-A, Anna Mathew of XI – C, Arshad Muhammed of IX – A and Job Michael Mathew of XI – C were the participants of this project. On December 20, 2011, a report was made on a local / community issue for a time period of 3 minutes. The topic chosen was the Kochi Metro Rail Project. The project will continue till October 2012. The teacher co-coordinator for the BBC News School Report is Mrs. Parimal Paul.
