French - optional subject

Dear parent,
 
We have French as an optional subject for the students of Std. VI  in the next academic year (2012-2013). Students may opt for French or Malayalam in those classes. The student who opts for French has to continue with the same till Std. VIII. Hindi will be a compulsory subject till Std. VIII. When these students come to std. IX, they can choose French or Hindi as their second language.
 
Those who opt for French in Std. VI may have to pay an extra amount of Rs. 300/- per month. (The amount may be lesser or more depending on the number). Kindly indicate in the form below if your child is interested or not. The form has to be submitted to the class teacher before Monday, 27 February 2012.
